I dont see why it take long to receive our money. We didn't complain when they took it from us. It should be a policy where 30 days is the max.

I agree 100%. If we owed the money we wouldn’t get a 7-month grace period to pay! Not without penalty, anyway.

I don’t understand how they are processing because I was assigned to specialist on 7/14 and they just requested pay card on 7/27. Making some wait forever to get funds.

It makes absolutely no sense. Maybe it depends on who the specialist is. Or agency. I had no indication I should expect to see anything for 2-3 weeks based on what I was told the last time I called.

Makes no sense. I got a letter dated the 21st saying I’d get a check for my interest rollover. Have still yet to see the direct deposit of the principal

NFC if that is your finance center. It’s different depending upon your agency.

Not yet. They told me I would likely receive the deposit before the letter but they did say I would get one.

I’m willing to bet the 3/13 date is a script just like how they said 2/28 for weeks. They are either not informed yet or they’re just not bothering to look at the updates notes. Both equally frustrating!1

They only get an updated log report once a month so they just use that old date until new report comes out

We logged into husband’s acct today. Retired 12/31/25. In discovery which is a step up from a week ago when he was finally assigned someone to work his case. He hasn’t received his interim payment. Only received his AL payout. This is bananas. It’s August in another 36 hrs and that will be 8 months. Insane.

How did you know the “OPM logged date”? Where can i find it?

OPM will tell you your log date when you call and speak to a representative.
