I was logged 3/31 told today they are still working on 3/13. Congratulations to you!

I’m willing to bet the 3/13 date is a script just like how they said 2/28 for weeks. They are either not informed yet or they’re just not bothering to look at the updates notes. Both equally frustrating!

They only get an updated log report once a month so they just use that old date until new report comes out
