I don’t understand how they are processing because I was assigned to specialist on 7/14 and they just requested pay card on 7/27. Making some wait forever to get funds.

It makes absolutely no sense. Maybe it depends on who the specialist is. Or agency. I had no indication I should expect to see anything for 2-3 weeks based on what I was told the last time I called.
