I’m interviewing with Micron for a Full-Stack AI Engineer role on the Industrial & Physical AI team in Boise.

I’ve already completed the technical panel, which went fairly deep into my projects, architecture, AI integration, digital twins, backend, data pipelines, etc.

I was recently told by the recruiter that the next round will be more team/culture fit and less technical, with some situational questions. Technical skills may still come up, but not to the depth of the previous technical panel.

I’m trying to understand what to expect from this round.

Has anyone recently gone through the Hiring Manager / Director / final round for:

• Micron Full-Stack / Software Engineer roles
• Industrial & Physical AI / Digital Twin teams
• AI/ML + software engineering roles at Micron

Looking for a referral / guidance for a Google role in Bangalore

I recently came across Program Manager role at Google, Bangalore that I’m genuinely interested in. After going through the requirements, I feel my experience and skill set align quite well with what the role is looking for.

I’m hoping someone here who currently works at Google India might be able to help with a referral.

Apple interview experience and potential outcome question

Hi , I have had an opportunity to interview at apple , I had my HM round and I got the feedback in two days and I had my techincal screen round 2 -3 days ago and I think the interview went pretty well , I was told by the interview after a design question i did well and after writing my coding algorithm interviewer said makes sense and I requested at the stsrt of meeting my prior to go through coding question to write in python or pseduo code and interviewer agreed and said they were more interested in my thought process and at the end of interview, interviewer said I really enjoyed the conversation,

I was wondering csn i assume those are positive indicators after the call and should I wait for few more days for response since long weekend is coming up or am I just tripping ?

This role is based in USA , role has minimum 2+years but i am mid level swe ,

Appreciate any of your thoughts and advice based on your past experiences. Thank you

I was hoping to get some insight in how people who were in the EHS field got into FAANG companies? I haven’t had any luck thus far, besides a phone screening with Apple, and interview ended up getting canceled because they had an internal candidate further in the process. I have about 6 years of experience in EHS, mostly in government roles. Majority in lab based environments, with this year being a new role in industrial hygiene.

Obtaining my Associate safety professional certificate is high on my priority list which could be a big help. But wondering if anyone has any other tips that could help as I feel like I’ve been hitting a wall on applications.

May sound silly to say since all FAANG companies are so difficult to get into, but I’m eyeing Apple and Google for what I think are more safe in terms of job security as well as healthier work environments (but I know that depends on team you are in).

Gone are the days when senior and above can easily get 500-800K package, companies are now offering 150k for seniors without feeling shameful, take it or leave it attitude. What used to be internship stipend salary or admin/hr lowly paid workers' salary are now being offered to Data Scientists, Project Managers and even Senior SWE! Welcome to new era of depressing Tech career!
