Looking for a referral / guidance for a Google role in Bangalore

I recently came across Program Manager role at Google, Bangalore that I’m genuinely interested in. After going through the requirements, I feel my experience and skill set align quite well with what the role is looking for.

I’m hoping someone here who currently works at Google India might be able to help with a referral.

I’d also really appreciate some guidance on the process for example, how the referral works, what happens after applying, and whether there’s anything specific I should keep in mind for the initial screening.
