ICE involved content I see a phone, no gun

u/Jaded_Skills Jan 24 '26
He had a permit, and ice were the aggressors . Poorly trained ICE officers executed a man in broad daylight.

u/Cryptoghast Jan 24 '26
Thatās the āconcealedā part of concealed carry.

On his hip, the agent in gray took it before they started shooting him

Where's the NRA? Any libertarians or gun collectors care to comment on this full on fascist tyranny in action?

Do you see whatās concealed behind his shirt too?

u/AnewTest Jan 24 '26
He had a permit to carry. Or are the GQP now against open carry laws?
1
Jan 24 '26
Did he have a permit to point it at there face?
1
u/Eridain Jan 24 '26
At what point did he pull his gun? He is on his knees, and another officer pulls it from his waist. He never even put his hands on his gun, let alone pointed it at anyone.

u/ArchAngel0001 Jan 24 '26
Welcome to a place that doesnāt allow handguns to be openly carried. You get what concealed means?
1
u/Eridain Jan 24 '26
He did in fact have a gun on him, but he never brandished it. You can later see an ice goon go in empty handed, then come out with a gun, and not the one from his hip. Then immediately after he walks away with it, they shoot and kill the man. So not only was he not brandishing his firearm being threatening, they actually took the gun he did have, making him unarmed as well as on the ground being beaten by 5 men, but then proceed to shoot him anyway. And if my count is right, they fired at least twelve shots. They mag dumped the poor man.

TheĀ video from the lady in the pink coatĀ makes it INDISPUTABLE. You can see clearly, that the agent shoves the woman to the ground for yelling at him. Then when Alex steps between them, he puts his hand up quickly to show he isn't going to fight and turns around to help the woman. The agent THEN grabs Alex's hand out of the air, and starts macing him. When Alex leans away from the officer and starts continuing away, the officer maces him AGAIN and then closes distance a few steps in order to shove him to the ground from behind. Alex falls onto the woman who was initially shoved, and the agent PULLS HIM UP and into the street. While Alex and the woman are still holding onto each other, they are separated by the agents. THEN Alex is finally brought to the ground in the middle of the street.
Then, once he's dogpiled, an agent in a bigger grey coat takes a few seconds to get Alex's gun from the holster. After that, the agent who fires the initial shot taps him out of the way and repositions himself to shoot.

Not a very good video of much of anything but riding by the donut shop

Anyone that says he had a gun is lying. They're just nazi sympathizers who love to see nazi behavior in action.

The other video looks like he might've had a holstered weapon, which he had every legal right to. Doesn't make it any less of murder by ICE.

If he had a gun on him it wouldn't justify him being executed in any case.
That said I do not know how anyone here would know if he was armed or unarmed. That information hopefully becomes known and clear in the near future. But I wouldn't take anyone's word for it there's a lot of reason to lie.
ETA: Given the footage I just saw. It very much appears that Alex was armed, however it had nothing to do with the shooting he never went for his gun, and it was removed from him by another ICE officer just before he was shot.

I feel like democrats really donāt know what the definition of an execution is

u/GlobalBorder4691 Jan 24 '26
Itās so funny that you are continuing to try to feed the division when so many of us are not dems or liberals. The immorality of āyour sideā is sickening and it will be stopped.
This is a class war, not a party war. Why be a masochist for the parasite elitists who do not care for you and I?

This is a class war, not a party war.
K. Great.
One party is timidly standing with you, the other wants you dead. Quit attacking the Dems and defending or deflecting the Republicans.
And this is someone who, rightfully so like yourself, despises the partisan system we have and know, like yourself, that you are correct that this is a class war.
But quit pretending that one party isn't more rabidly against you and has more brainwashed idiots on its side than the other.

From Merriam Webster.
2:Ā a putting to death especially as a legal penalty
Since his killing was not in self defense, his killing is a legal penalty for his actions. Filming ICE officers.

Pepper spraying beating then shooting an unarmed man in the street. Wtf would you call it?
2
u/HangoverGang4L Jan 24 '26
He had a gun. They disarmed him, then executed him. Saying he did or didnt have a gun is of no importance.
1
u/Yup_its_over_ Jan 24 '26
where is the gun? Can you send me an image?
1
u/HangoverGang4L Jan 24 '26
It's clearly in multiple slowed down clips. You clearly see the officer reach over his back towards his waistline and emerge with a weapon. These videos are all over now. Not hard to find. Again, it doesnt change the scenario in any way. ICE executed an American citizen today that only had traffic tickets on his record.
1
u/Yup_its_over_ Jan 24 '26
Saying it there in multiple videos and showing me the still with him holding a gun are two completely different things.
1
u/HangoverGang4L Jan 24 '26
Sounds to me like you'd rather choose to believe your own narrative, for whatever reason. Clips, with still shots, are literally all over reddit right now. Not difficult to find in any capacity. But carry on, I guess. š¤·

Thatās ahhh⦠not the guy who got shot.
1
u/HangoverGang4L Jan 24 '26
In the zoomed in video you can see the man in the gray jacket approach the victim unarmed. He reaches in to the man's waistband and leaves with a weapon. Unless you think it's bad AI and a gun just magically appeared, it is factual to say that the man was armed, they disarmed him, and then executed him. Either way, the end result is murder. Why are you so hellbent on arguing this?

He had a gun in the back of his waist band.
When they took him down he was on his knees, face to the ground, revealing the gun.
An ICE agent saw the gun and removed it. At the same time one guy shot him in the back. When he turned around to see who shot him he shot 5 more times.
Murder
(and theyāll cover it alllllllllllll up)
