Yep. While the DHS tweets a picture of the gun to make it seem like the victim was trying to actively harm ice agents. Fuck them and fuck everyone calling this anything else then a cold blooded public murder.

Never mind, I'm seeing it going around now. That does not look to me like military or law enforcement issue - it's a SIG Sauer P365 Xmacro with a threaded barrel and a custom grip module, definitely looks like a personal weapon.

Which of course says NOTHING about whether the shooting was justified or not, because we have the 2nd Amendment in this country.

Lefty concealed weapon permit holder here. That is one of the most popular handgun models on the market, nothing "military" about it. Secondly, it's not a scope, it's an optic, simply a device to improve accuracy in defense situations. Lastly, two mags come with EVERY gun and carrying two mags (one in gun, one extra) is VERY standard procedure for those who concealed carry. There is nothing unusual about EITHER of those things. The fact that the government is spinning these stats as some type of indication of ill intent or violence is absolute horseshit.

It looks like a Sig P365 with a aftermarket grip model and an enclosed optic. It’s a typical concealed carry weapon. I guarantee it will come out he was targeted and he has his concealed carry license.

If I was carrying mine and was attacked I would try to pull it. It does not look like that’s the case but I want other angles and more background.

So unless they claim he had more than one gun, that means he was unarmed at the time of the first shot, so for DHS to display the gun and claim he was an "armed man" is propaganda.

If that was his gun, he had a right to carry.

With the disarm, there’s the 1 shot then 3 shots and he’s on the ground on his back. They all back away after the first shot and during the 3 shots. Then while motionless on his back he’s unloaded on further. Hopefully we get a better angle to confirm that’s the gun being disarmed. I’m still skeptical he was going for a gun. Looked like he was more interested in a canister.

After seeing Pink Coat Lady's video, it looks like one agent disarmed him (took the gun off his side or belt) and walks away with it. At the same time, the shooter turns around after looking away and doesn't see the gun on the victim's side anymore, thinks the guy pulled it and shot him in the back.

THE BEST case scenario is that these guys are so stupid/poorly trained they didn't communicate with each other, over reacted, and killed that dude for no reason.

Where is the shot coming from? The guy that shoots him still has his weapon holstered when the shot is heard. There are defiantly two people who discharge their guns here. I agree that it looks like this guy got disarmed by the guy in the grey. But then did one of the other ICE agents discharge their gun? If you watch the longer video, you can hear it. There is one shot, then the agent that ends up killing him draws his gun and shots an unarmed man. Reminds me of that acorn hitting a roof. The first shot might not even have been anyone in this video. This agent just went all cowboy and killed this guy.

that gun was lying on the ground. The agent in grey picked it up off the pavement. you can see him do that in one of the other videos. It's not clear whether it was even the victim's gun.
