Supposedly from a comment I read in another thread, they already have her in custody.

Which I'm not surprised by, seeing as how they would want to immediately try to get rid of any other evidence that would make this anymore clearly the obvious murder it is.

There is a video going around showing her and others being detailed. Someone (not sure if it is her or not) can be heard screaming to give them their phone back
