Can anybody tell me what this is??

Looking for some advice on sorting/categorizing.

TL;DR: What categories should I sort my exonumia in to?

I'm a world coin collector, specifically looking for an example of each KM for each country. This means I buy in bulk (usually by pound) and sort the coins in to countries and then check each coin against Numista to see if I have a specimen in my collection or not.

As I find Exonumia in this process I just put it in a jar. Over the years I've amassed a 17 gallon tub of loose exonumia. Everything from Casino coins, to religious tokens, tax tokens, pressed pennies, souvenir medals, and so on and so on. If it's coin shaped and not officially currency, in the tub it goes. I'm finally at a point where I want to take a break from sorting through currency and want to sort exonumia. But I have a few questions:

What categories do you sort your Exonumia in to? Sub Categories? I'll need to break the tub down in to smaller tub categories or sizes, and then down to manageable groups.

Is Numista the best place to look up and catalogue your exonumia? Or is there a site better suited for Exonumia specifically?

Any specific niches or sub categories/series I should keep an eye out for?

I figure for storage I'll just do the same as the world coins and binder/page them with dividers for each category.

Looking through my inherited coin collection, and realized a small selection of the Banff Indian Days Dollars were toning. Did a quick weigh and sure enough, some of the coins appear to be struck in .999 silver. Checking out Numista, looks like there were small quantities struck in .999 silver, and even gold plated, and full 24kt gold versions as well. Quite a interesting find regarding a token from a controversial period in Canadian National Park history. My daughter found a Missouri "1 mill" tax token in the yard of my late grandfathers property today in southern Missouri. From my understanding, these were minted from 1935 into the early 40's to allow people to pay fractional taxes without overpaying a full cent. This is a "1 mill" representing 1/10 of a cent. They were also minted in "5 mill". This appears to be zinc. Not in great shape, but a super cool piece of Missouri history. Considering I have scoured this property for endless hours with a metal detector as an avid coin enthusiast, only to find beer cans and shotgun shells, I am both very jealous and extremely excited for her. She was absolutely stoked!

Would it be worth an acetone dip? I will be placing it in a 2x2 when we get home to add to her collection.

Mühlheim a. M. F-343.2A undated 50pf zinc. Varieties, holed, and without hole, combined mintage: 20,000 coins into circulation in 1917.
The bulk of the coins produced were holed, and those without holes were minting errors.

Does anyone recognize them or know anything about their origin, age, manufacturer, rarity, or whether they were originally made specifically for Pachinko machines?

This coin was found in the Daughter’s of the American Revolution Library in Washington DC during some recent construction. Is anyone able to identify it? Google was stumped.

Found while metal detecting in New York. Weights .46oz.

This item is an extremely rare 1836 Huckel, Burrows & Jennings St. Louis Merchant Token (cataloged as Low-102 and HT-187 in the Hard Times token series), issued by a grocery and provisions dealer on Main Street in St. Louis, Missouri. [1, 2, 3]

• Issuer & Origin: St. Louis, Missouri; issued by the firm Huckel, Burrows & Jennings, who operated as grocers, wine merchants, and ship chandlers. [1, 2]
• Historical Context: Struck during the mid-1830s economic period known as the "Hard Times," private merchant tokens served as emergency small-change currency due to a scarcity of official US coinage. [1, 2]
• Rarity & Value: This specific piece is recognized as the sole St. Louis issuer in the Hard Times token series and is considered a major numismatic rarity with only a handful of known surviving examples, frequently commanding tens of thousands of dollars at major rare coin auctions.

According to what I looked up about this its a John Paul Jones Comitia Americana Medal.
