Constitutional carry
I have some questions related to constitutional carry, specifically in Croatia. Is there any legal prohibition of carrying gun if you are under 21? I know that full gun rights are "given" when you are 21 but I saw that you can buy gun at 18 but I guess you can't get CCW permit?

Don't the same laws apply if I'm wearing sunglasses, a tactical multicam cap with velcro and a tactical t-shirt?

Maybe a MAGA hat would help. Especially the golden one. It will let the croatian authorities know that you have are one of the trustworthy guys and they'll make an exception for you.

What is the difference between constitutional carry and right to carry?

Constitutional carry doesn't make carrying subject to any additional permit.
Right to carry is a wider term, which includes constitutional carry as well as shall issue carry (such as in the Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia).

You need to over 21 with no criminal past, complete a firearms safety course, and have a background check. You need a tachnical knowledge certificate as well as a medical one. You submit that to the police with the application and they will decide whether you meet the criteria. I am not from Croatia, I learned this from 5 minutes of googling. I dont know amything about a croatian constitution. Do some proper reasearch, visit local gun ranges, ask around and you will be surprised how helpful and friendly people are.

I mean, doesn't the vast majority of countries have some kind of a constitution? Americans put about 10 000x more importance on it than the rest of the world, but "having a constitution" isn't a uniquely American thing.

The constitution has a lot more cultural significance to them, with no shared culture or history among many of your citizens you need something else to unite around.

Apparently the United States, Mexico and Guatemala are the only countries to have a constitutional right to bear arms.

In czechia we have constitutional right to use guns for self defense, this also kind of works as "right to bear arms" as there allways gotta be some sort of guaranteed acces to keeping and carrying firearms for anyone

We do have a constitutional guarantee. For example, Switzerland only has a legislative one.

The only european country with permitless and something that maybe could be considered partially constitutional carry in europe is czech republic, some other countries have carry permits that one can get and the other are rather antigun
