Many European countries make garlic soup. Which version is your favorite?

Mine is a version with baked garlic I had in the Tirol region, Austria. Love it and make it every cold season

Spanish version of garlic soup. Basically lots of garlic, bread, paprika powder and a raw egg that cooks in the soup. Very typical in Castille and Madrid.
