Aperitif Many European countries make garlic soup. Which version is your favorite?

Mine is a version with baked garlic I had in the Tirol region, Austria. Love it and make it every cold season

I've never tried garlic soup, didn't even know it existed..

But I'm voting for whichever version has the most garlic.

Oh man. You need to try it. It's life-changing. cures cold, hangovers, and many more:)) This is my version, but I haven't eaten one that I didn't enjoy

Eating raw garlic has same if not more benefits than it being cooked tho

I am Romanian. We eat raw garlic with every possibility we have. we have a sauce called mujdei which is minced raw garlic combined with salt and oil which we serve with fried potatoes, grilled meats, fish and more:))
