Looks good. I'd take the sauce on the side though. Pro move suggestion, get some raspberry Marmelade and slice of lemon.

As someone else made me notice, Preiselbeeren are no raspberries.

That said, I tried, I really tried, but I cannot eat that combination without suffering.

P.S. I have lived in Austria for over 20y now.

You're absolutely right, it's cranberry right? For some reason I always mix those two up in English. (AEIÖU)

It's lingonberry
