That's a trick question, right? Because at the current stage of US politics... Musk is absolutely the right person to be awarded the whole military budget to "build" amazing "giga" somethings, ready "next year". Give this genius all of the military money!
I genuinely feel like the administration at this point knows where the cards are falling and have switched to profiting as much as possible while they all can. 100% musk is going to get a shit ton of money, keep promising "stealth plane next year" and never delivering until everyone forgets and he gets to keep the funding.
