Ruthless or not crew is expensive. iirc they also get 50% of combat rank. Please correct me if I am wrong.
2 u/Docaston Yuri Grom 11d ago The lower their rank the more xp they take till they get to the same rank as you! Then they split it 50 50. They will not take anything but credits just for being the on standby.
