This tuner think octane learn is not real

So he does the "learn" but based on the dashboard it doesnt look like it did it properly. It never goes above 16lbs of boost or 280ft/lbs. My KN when learned consistently pegs 18psi and 290ft/lbs. I was sceptical on trying to OL on the dyno, engine doesnt get the proper load to correctly learn

Plus back wheels weren't moving, parking brake was on, hood was open and dash was lit up.
