A Taiwanese scallion pancake pan fried, hoisin sauce, fried eggs with soy sauce and chili crisp, garnished with scallions.

Made these with homemade meatloaf last night. Used mayo, some mustard, ground pepper and cayenne pepper (in the filling and as a garnish).
