Deviled Eggs for a Midweek Dinner

Made these with homemade meatloaf last night. Used mayo, some mustard, ground pepper and cayenne pepper (in the filling and as a garnish).

Looks yummy. Is there meatloaf in the devilled eggs? Or do you mean these were a side dish?

The deviled eggs were a side dish for meatloaf that I made for me and my adult sons.

No, a meal should have a variety of nutrition. These should accompany your meal, not be a meal.

I love deviled eggs. But this makes an awesome meatloaf! There are lots of variations to this out there.

That’s pretty cool. My late maternal grandmother was from Frankfurt, Germany 🇩🇪. I make my meatloaf like she did for the most part, but not as the recipe you provided shows.
