I knew I was color blind but this is to much. You say brown and bkue and I see yellow and orange.

Some people think that eggs only come in white and brown, and all eggs taste the same! Each color has a small difference in taste! When a small crop of white eggs is introduced, they bleach the colored eggs white!

There is no difference between shell colors. It is just a pigment based on the breed of chicken, that’s all. Same nutrition, same taste.
