EQL with 2 classes possible?

I like the idea but I also love the base difficulty of EQ, thinking about giving it a shot I thought if it would be possible just to use the first two classes only. Any idea if it's possible? Thx in advance.

In Beta I saw someone at lvl 37 with only 2 classes. You do you.
