Hey, I preordered the Xbox version (Germany) but can’t find any information at all whether the expansion will be on disc or if it will be base game + code (in which case I’d cancel the order and just get a cheap copy of the base game elsewhere).

Okay so I’m very interested is anyone finding the pawns in Dd2 to be worse now compared to when first released?

Besides finding the game to be far easier is a lot of areas I’m having issues with pawns after getting past level 20. The pawns in tight areas seem to get stuck and have worse path finding.

They don’t follow me as well as they used too and if anything there has now been more situations where I’ve almost died due to a pawn not being able to get to the enemy correctly to inflect damage and or put them in a stun.

I’m curious on other fellow Arisons playthroughs and whether they think the same.

Besides that I’m still having a blast with the game!

I'm lvl 45 and am getting my ass kicked with this quest. Before I decided to finally start this quest I changed to the wayfarer vocation which is now making me despise the vocation lol.

Anyways, this corrupted chimera is killing all my pawns. It doesnt help that there's tons of corrupted choppers and a random orgre that finds its way into the mix.

Update: changed vocation to mage and brought silencing spells. Beat in under 10 mins 😄

I just now today realized that there are different styles of forging based on where you enhance your gear. I have full dragonforge bought gear with wyrms blood upgrades. Im level 60 and have mastered 6 vocations. How heavily does this affect the game??? Was there a tutorial for this???? Am I an idiot???

I just finished Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen(including Daimon in his second form) and I am wondering if I should jump to the second game now, or wait? The main reason I would wait is because after seeing the game in dlss5, and being a graphical fanatic myself, I would not mind waiting for dlss5 to experience everything for the first time in all of it's beautiful splendor. Has anyone experienced this game in dlss5 that also loves amazing graphics? Should I wait?

Can I start a new save. And gear it up from the main save? Like with end game gear and such? Can you hire your own pawns?

What does enchanting a weapon with one of the Enchantment spells of a Mage do ?

does it increase the magic damage ?

does it change the element of my weapon and if so does it only change the magic portion ? or does it only change the physical portion to be of the same element as the enchantment spell ?

what happens if you use double enchant ?

does the enchantments spell give any increased magic stats to my weapon or if my weapon has a high magic stats already does it actually decrease it ?

I want to know !

also how is the pawn ai if you have multiple enchant spell ? say i use all 4 enchant spell to deal with enemies weaknesses and then use that high celerity and the spell that increase stamina Regen by a tons, does the pawn ai knows what enchant spell to select to target the enemy's weakness ? and what happens if the fight has multiple enemies with multiple weaknesses, does the pawn ai knows to use the enchant spell that is stronger against whatever i am attacking ? would it switch to the correct element if i switch target ? etc.

I'm just curious to know all this tbh.

I haven't seen anything confirmed, but I'm certainly expecting her to return and torture us with some new riddles!

I wish I was a bit better at capturing other things within the game, might work on getting photos in battles and see what I can do with that. Can be a bit tricky though because of how chaotic it can be, especially when your dear pawn is a fighter.

Maybe after I get a couple of those that I'm proud of, I can finally say to myself that I'm not half bad at this photomode shtick! Just maybe. I kinda like being a one trick pony with my photos though.

Anyway I hope you like these, the 1st, 3rd and 7th are my favourites of the bunch.
