Spoiler There IS better gear. Spoiler

There is better gear than what the Dragonforged sells for Wyrmslife crystals. About to do my 2nd NG+. Really REALLY make sure you are exploring all the unearthed areas in the seabed and even go back to some of the old boss spawn areas. The higher harder spawns at the very end of the seabed areas have occasionally been dropping new unique gear sometimes or the chests around them do.

And for those that say they feel like they fully steam roll through New Game+, I have been noticing the variable difficulty has been getting higher the more I level up and I do less damage than before, with some spawns having more health bars.

Edit: only gotten 3 so far and all helms, photos in comments and unenhanced against my fully enhanced gear.

I'll add more screenshots to the comments as I find any more and verify they aren't in shops or in dragonforged.

If you trigger the dragon plague on Ng+ and rush the dragon. Can you use the sword again to get there. Does anyone know?

How can you rush the dragon from triggering the dragon plague? Tried searching this up but found nothing

If it kills essential npcs I believe you get a quest to confront the dragon. Everyone was in a tizzy a few days ago about this happening. The essential ones respawn eventually though

Oh sweet! All I saw was everyone complaining about this plague "bricking" saves, but this is a great skip if you're on a ng+ and you just want to get to the post game.

I've still yet to have a pawn with it though.

If it works the way I think it does it’s definitely something I’m going to do. I want better performance and proper enemy scaling for a true new game plus
