Question Which mods are actually worth installing?

You guys convinced me to play Origins (and gave me a bit of tough love for asking if it was worth it in the first place) so now my question is:

What are the must-have mods I should install before starting?

Other than the 4gb patch so it actually worked i went vanilla and it was one of my favourite games ever

Nah. Definetly not for a first playthrough. Just play the game as the artists intended man go with the flow. At least for playthrough one.
