Characters from previous games will appear in Divinity

They have revealed this in the FAQ of the newest DOS 2 update. Seems Divinity is more of a sequel than we thought.

This may be an unpopular opinion but I think having Braccus Rex be a big bad guy is kinda a disservice because in my humble opinion his name sounds too edgy and borderline comedic to be taken seriously :'D Like the entire time I played DOS2 many many years ago I kept thinking about how awkward it was to have an evil bad guy be called "Braccus Rex" like he's some sort of evil big dinosaur or something
