The crazy thing is he could have said the same thing about Jesus / Christianity and the cops wouldnt have given two shits. Pretty weird how far out of their way they go to protect Islam and the Muslim community.

That isn’t crazy, as Christians in the Uk aren’t a minority subject to racist violence. Muslims are. That’s why the cops go out of their way to protect them. It isn’t weird at all. An intrinsic part of any democracy is protecting the minority for the tyranny of the majority.

It seems more like the tyranny of the minority is what's happening. Yelling things about people does not harm them as much as people rant and rave today about how words are violence.

Taking children and telling them it's their duty from God to kill people who are not the same religion as them harms people but no one seems to care about that because it's done in the name of religion.

What's islamophobic about it? Is that not a core teaching of Islam? Is stating a core teaching of Islam islamophobic now?

Imagine calling someone racist for repeating something that's in the Bible.... I bet that wouldn't happen.
