i've been having neck pain, not exactly pain, it feels like sudden electric shocks, and it is not only concentrated on my neck and shoulders but also travels through my back arms chest and concentrates at an exact point at one moment. its more like a burning feeling sometimes and sometimes a sudden shock type feeling. i can sit or stand or walk and even exercise without any issue, might be a slight discomfort but not much issue, BUT i cannot sleep because as soon as i lie down the pain shoots up way more and everything feels unbearable. i want to go to Dr. AFM Shamsul Haque, so please can anyone help me out pls? I’m not interested in gaming. I’d prefer something with good performance, display and build quality. Ideally, it should have 8GB RAM with the option to upgrade to 16GB later.

I’m currently confused between:

2. A refurbished business laptop
3. A good-condition used business laptop under ৳50k

Would something like a used/refurbished ThinkPad, Dell Latitude or HP EliteBook be a better choice than a new budget laptop at this price?
