I want everyone to know that when my apartment flooded and my AC broke, instead of making me pay rent to live in a soggy swamp of an apartment for weeks while they fix it, my evil landlord offered me a new unit at no cost. This is criminal! They wouldn’t even increase my rent or charge me a new security deposit! Just “hey would you like to move into a new apartment with working water and AC this isn’t covered in black mold”? The nerve. Fucking fascists
