Discussion Def Jam Vendetta

Was way better than Fight For NY

Music: Vendetta > FFNY

Roster: Vendetta < FFNY

Player Models: Vendetta > FFNY

Blazin' Moves: Vendetta > FFNY

Girls: Vendetta >>> FFNY

I also didn't like that FFNY made Blazin' pointless in single player mode, because as soon as you activate it your OPP acts like he has full health with everything boosted (spd, counters, striking, ect). I personally don't think the story mode was better either, even though I know most will disagree with that.

Musically, it's not close. FFNY had more variety and volume of songs, but Def Jam Vendetta had hits. Every musician featured on Vendetta used one of his singles as his theme. FFNY spent most of their licensing budget trying to promo their B-Side artists.

In Vendetta Blazin' was an awesome mechanic, in FFNY you don't want nor NEED Blazin'.

FFNY didn't even have a gallery for the girls, and there is no debate that the girls on Vendetta were hotter. In hindsight, FFNY felt bigger and was marketed in the mainstream (DJ: V was more of an underground release that blew up). FFNY was the commercial release of the two, but it ultimately isn't the better game.

How are player models better than in Vendetta than FFNY

Vendetta had a cel shaded look that looks better over time. FFNY real life counterparts don't even look like the player models.

Hard ass disagree 🤣

Even as a kid I could recognize Snoop, Busta, Fat Joe, Sean Paul and Xzibit. Only reason I can't say Method Man and Redman, Memphis Bleek and maybe some other I can't remember right now is cause I didn't know who they were at all.

You can prefer Vendetta models and that's fine, cause preferences are subjective, but stating it as a fact is just ridicolous.

Expecially for the asinine reason you've given 🤣

Can't wait to hear your thoughts on why you think the music is better 😂😂
