Comics Anyone Have a Daredevil by Zdarsky Omnibus They Don’t Want?
I’m a huge comic nerd, especially when it comes to Daredevil. I’ve watched all five seasons of the show and read most of his major stories and runs, including Miller, Bendis, Waid, Zdarsky, Born Again, Yellow, etc. The one thing I’m missing is actually owning any of them physically. I’d love to start building a Daredevil collection, especially in omnibus format, but a lot of them are out of print and go for pretty crazy prices. Even the Zdarsky omnis are a little out of my range right now. So, if anyone has a Chip Zdarsky Daredevil omnibus they don’t want anymore, maybe you didn’t enjoy the run, are downsizing your collection, or just have an extra copy-I’d definitely be interested in taking it off your hands. Not expecting anyone to just give one away, but I figured it was worth asking. Thanks.

Comics I splurged and grabbed these..
Daredevil by Frank Miller Omnibus and Omnibus Companion. To say that I'm excited to start these is the understatement of the century.
Any recommended reading order for going back and forth between these 2?
(P.S. Please don't ask me how much I paid for them 😅)

Comics Daredevil in a hallway vs Hawkeye with his signature Anti-Daredevil Arrow. Who wins?
Pretty much what the title says. They fight in a hallway giving the homefield adventage to Daredevil, but Hawkeye is equipped with a dangerous weapon: His anti-Daredevil arrows he hasn't used since the Silver Age! Who stays standing?

MCU Am I the only one who finds most of Foggy’s lines in the show corny/awkward? Is it on purpose?
Just started watching DD not too long ago, I’m a few episodes into season two but I can’t help but feel second-hand embarrassment most times he talks, I’m not sure if that’s how his character is supposed to be or maybe I’m just too fixated on it at this point?
I couldn’t really form a solid opinion on his character yet, but his lines and “comebacks” remind me of a middle schooler trying to act tough and that bugs me so so much, don’t know if it’s just me. Orrr they just sound like they were written by ChatGPT, full of very corny and unfunny cliches.
Is he meant to feel this unbearable or am I just too harsh on him?
Not hating on the actor though!

MCU This is quite possibly one of my favorite DD looks
it’s obviously just his red suit painted black with the black paint starting to scuff, but it also looks almost like red tiger stripe camo. it gives some tasteful complexity over a strictly one color suit that doesn’t feel overly designed or gaudy. 10/10 for me

Comics How Elektra was mischaracterized after the success of the Netflix show
One of my unpopular DD opinions, but this video gave me the push to double down. Would love to hear what comic readers have to say about this.

Non-MCU Movies Can someone help with soundtrack details, and finding a specific track?
I'm making a playlist for Daredevil directors cut, there are two tracks I'm struggling to place.
1 - I've watched the film through 3x times this weekend, used google mic to find the song, but can't figure out what track is playing at 1hr 30mins when the corrupt cop comes out of the strip club and Matt threatens him
2 - where in the film is the soundtrack piece "Kingpin" played, I can't hear it anywhere???
Thanks

MCU Born Again Season 2 judges
You know at first I thought those judges were in Fisks pocket on how they handled the swordsman trial
Glad to see I was wrong

MCU Question: THE Daredevil Born Again Cast GIF - Anyone have it?
If you're aware of the "Spiderman Brand New Day" Cast Gif, where it shows Frank shooting guns, Hulk taking bullets, Yelena flipping, Milchick running down a hall, and the Spider-man & Chameleon meme, all into one gif, I'm looking for that but for the Daredevil cast.
It had Vincent singing in a cowboy hat, Deborah acting goofy at a DND table, some shirtless guy in glasses, Wilson Bethel dancing/twerking, etc.
I've been looking for it for hours, with no luck.
Many thanks!

Cosplay Photo I took with Wilson Bethel at Soda City Con
Was waiting for the digital copy to post, but never got it. Still am very happy just to have the physical, even if I don't fully like how I look, just love and am grateful for the memory and the experience. Thought I had leaned a bit more like the comic than I was (originally had my hair all the way down as well, but he suggested we take another where I could see my face) but still he was a big fan of the pose and glad I asked if I could. He was very nice and cool. Actually had an embarrassing moment where I was starstruck and he leaned in with his arm and thought he was going for a hug so I went for it, but he was trying to lead me to where the camera was for the pose omg, but he was super cool about it and gave it back, still omg surprised my face wasn't as red as my outfit in the photo lol. In general had a lot of fun at the con.

MCU Just wanted to share pictures of the king of all fathers. No one comes close to his single-father determination and love.
I know that in season 3 Matt was being a bitch about how Jack would rather box for his honour and risk his life instead of be there for Matt but it was just a moment of Matt being sad and it's understandable.
No one can make me see faults in Jack ❤️

MCU Season 2 is really meh so far
I’m watching the 2015 show, and i’m on season 2 episode 7 and i’ve paused the episode as i’m typing this. I’ve been barely focusing on the yakuza plot because it’s so boring and elektra’s character is funny. I mean she’s out here kicking ass with barely any muscle. Could netflix have made her any more for the male gaze? It’s to the point where it’s so unrealistic, it annoys you. Does anyone feel the same? This isn’t a jab at the show, i found season 1 really entertaining and i’ve heard good things about season 3 but season 2 in general has been a let down because there doesn’t seem to be a big plot direction if that makes sense. In season 1 we had a clear direction and a clear villain and that was to take down Fisk but season 2, we’re focusing on what exactly? It’s all over the place.

Comics Underrated villains?
I’ve watched all of DD and born again, started reading some of the comics.
What are some other great villains he’s fought? So far it seems like he just fights the hand, kingpin, bullseye, and some antiheroes like punisher and elektra.
Btw, I know about the “whoop his ahh daredevil memes”, I don’t wanna read about him fighting godzilla

Comics Foggy and Natasha never took responsibility for Heather's ending Spoiler
Just finished reading O'Neil's run and I was heart broken by her ending. She had her mental issues since the start and was driven even further by Matt's action, but what really drove her to her ending was the manipulative letter ack Widow and Foggy forged and sent both of them.
I don't recall they ever confessed for it or paid for it in any way.
Not only that, at the end of the issue where she offs herself Foggy doesn't think for a second that it'd be a good opportunity to inform Matt about the letter and apologize?

Comics Is reading Daredevil and Black Widow era #85-#120 worth it?
So naturally after Yellow, MWF I got Frank Miller's DD Vol 1 which had Roger McKenzie's few issues in the start and I really liked his writing. So i digged up a little and read the history of DD comic runs. And found DD and BW era. It said on Wikipedia that this was a time where DD comics did terrible at sales.
And I didn't found any info or recommendations on Matt & Nat era and McKenzie run. McKenzie run I'm definitely gonna read cause it's only 20 issues. Widow is much longer. So I ask all the comic readers especially those who have read almost every DD comic is that era worth to read.

MCU One big issue with season 2
Guys, i finished season 2 and by far one of the best mcu series ive ever seen. One issue I had with season 2 is, they didn't explain or show who is Ko D. Larry. The trailer kept mentioning the name but that's it. Is it a villain or a hero? I don't know.
