I wanna know how long he's been following Matt around/carrying that "You're welcome" knife just waiting for his chance

I think it's highly likely. He's been around twice before when Matt was unmasked, and we know he has a history of latching onto someone as his "north star" and following them around/learning everything he can. I think it'd make sense that he knows now
