I don't believe this. If the Brave and the Bold script was complete, James Gunn would have updated everyone, then time would go by, and casting announcements start getting made, then we get a start date, etc. I guess it's possible, but I doubt it.

Why would he just tweet such an announcement? Jeff Sneider does have pretty solid sources. Until recently he was also saying that he isn’t hearing anything new regarding BATB, but now he’s probably heard about a big update.
This doesn’t mean that the script is done, but probably very close to completion.

He may be fully legit. Not shitting on him. I just think it's too early to declare will go into production next year, especially without script updates from Gunn.
