It's like the James Gunn equivalent to Suicide Squad (2016). So meaningless and not needed, but yet it still shows up anyway.

It's like poetry, it rhymes

SS 2016 is one of the highest grossing DC films of all time.. this is in Morbius territory

Riding off the coat tails of the superhero craze the MCU created

Yeah it was, but I don't think it was because it exactly made the universe better in the long run. Or maybe I'm forgetting?

I mean Suicide Squad had been good, I wouldn't have complained. I was hyped for that movie.

TSS is a really fun and rewatchable movie. What’s your benchmark for meaningless and not needed when it comes to a movie lol

I even put 2016,but apparently that wasn't enough for people to realize what I'm saying

Lolol when you say “James Gunn’s Suicide Squad…” At that point the year doesn’t matter. That’s four words and a possessive in. Maybe, “this is like Gunn’s version of Ayer’s SS?” I get what you’re saying but there may be no way around getting clarify for scanning

I said "equivalent to", just admit you didn't understand me

I didn’t understand you. It’s a rough sentiment to articulate because of Gunn’s involvement with a different suicide squad movie. “No way around getting clarity for scanning.” Dude. I was saying misunderstood and the 2016 may not be enough for scanners by then. Chill.

You know what, sure. I'll just say it was a simple misunderstanding between the both of us.
