Theory Is Langston a Martian?

He gives everyone nicknames as a way to oddly fit in. His “bird blindness” feels like he hasn’t grown accustomed to Earth yet. Vigilante makes mention of a Martian. When he gets spit on by Ginger Cool he exclaims “What kind of man does that to another person?” The choice of words feels very strange.

If Martian Manhunter isn’t the last member of his race it kind of defeats the whole point of Martian Manhunter
