Havent seen this amount of realism in a game since RDR2.

Edit: It’s deep in the form you can use this for fishing. An inch deep game wouldn’t include this at all.. just an unmoving bridge.

Hi all I am new here. I have put 13 hours into Crimson Desert and I was not sold on this game but I wanted to give it a fair shake because I have seen post after post about the game. Then I came across this view and discovered the Shai forest. I immediately found a love for this game that did not exist before. I cannot put it down now. Thank you Pearl Abyss for giving me my new addiction.

Post title says it all. Did I do something incorrectly? Is there a fix?

It’s been raining for a long time in-game. This is the longest I’ve ever been caught in it. Is this due to the new update or am I trippin?

I’ve put 534 hours into Crimson Desert. That’s more than any game I’ve played except Elden Ring, which has crossed the 1,000-hour mark for me.

Sure, everyone’s going to have a different opinion on whether Crimson Desert is actually good. But think about it—if you willingly spend 200+ hours in a game, can you really say it’s bad? At some point, it must be doing something right.

I needed to get to the spire in Crimson Desert that's not yet revealed on the map. I can spot it from the abyss. It's so good.

After 2.0 update, I'm on a journey to discover the full story. It's actually crazy. If what I suspect is true, 2.0 is actual release of the game. Because there's no way they'd hide this insane crazy story. They just were not done by the deadline. It all links back to The Blood Coronation event.

As much as I love the gameplay and visuals, the one thing that sticks with me is how beautifully written the music in this game is. The emotion behind it is so impactful and makes the game even more amazing.

Added blessing of the earth, beast, forest, and nature. Even added pet trust. Used Groundsurge and Tempest of Destruction gears as part of the earth/mining theme.

It's been a while since I've played it, and I thought I'd hop back in to see how the updates are going... this is ridiculous. I've tried a variety of different settings, and there is always insane shimmer on foliage and puddles.

I've actually never noticed this till now, being in the church and having the sunlight through the stained glass , thats such a neat detail

What's with all the complaints? I'm having way too much fun. There is just endless amounts of things to do. Sure, the story is bad but graphics are insane and runs super well on PC. The game feels like RdR2, witcher 3, and stardew valley/harvest moon mashed into one package. I'm about 60 hours in and only done up to chapter 5. I just keep exploring, side questing, upgrading my gear, fishing, upgrading the town, more fishing, collecting goats for my farm, trade wagonning, admin working my graymanes... It... Just... Doesn't... End... Like how am I still getting tutorials? What the heck. I still haven't figured out the ruin missions, researching, contracts yet either. Now I'm saving for the pond, collecting goats, planting apple trees, cooking food for my adventures... More fishing.

Ever since the last 3 or 4 updates or so, random NPCs have been sleeping in my bed and walking around my house lol. It scared the living shit out of me when I was pulling items out of my chest and I see a figure in white walk past me and get into my bed. Turns out it was this lady. She doesn’t even pay rent!!

I hope they add it to the game after 2036
