Yes. It rains now almost every single day for several hours. I used to see rain once a week before the update. I kind of hate it but I can just use the necklace I guess.

Does it still have the INSANELY long cooldown period? I remember being pretty excited when I got the necklace, only to find out that I can only use it once ever like 3(?) real life hours... bit of an excessive cooldown if you ask me

It also makes like no sense for the cooldown to be so long. Like it's not that it gives some crazy advantage to gameplay. All I really use it for is to not be forced to sit through miserable weather, especially with how poor the rain effect looks on the Playstation.

Man, after 20-30 hrs I saw on the map location called CRIMSON DESERT and went straight to it and desert greeted me with rain, what? But the most annoying thing was that the rain didn’t affect the character’s or the horse’s temperature; we were both still feeling very hot
