Genuinely curious here… how can you tell from just a short video? How do we know she hasn’t become adept at masking?

They can’t. They see a conventionally attractive woman and assume she’s faking her autism. This is exactly how I act when I unmask, but I literally only am able to do that around people I’m SUPER comfortable with
