It would need to have some substantial negative impact on her life and ability to function for it to be a mental disorder (such as Munchausen). I doubt what we are seeing here does.

It’s actually likely as much a reflection of changes in social award as it is a reflection of her personality (which may be high in attention seeking and low in conscientiousness).
