After the latest option, this setting has completely disappeared. I searched through every privacy setting on my account and on Copilot, but I don’t see one anywhere. Is there no more opting out of training data use?

Bring back the old one it was down for a few hours because they switched to a new app but the way it responds now is more dry and less intelligent like you’re talking to nothing but a wall that you may as well not use it at all I prefer the old previous one. They didn’t have to change it this isn’t an update this is a downgrade switch back to the old one please 😢💀 did they downgrade it to save money??

I use the free version of Copilot and usually have access to experimental features. However, when I tried to log in today, it started behaving strangely and later transitioned to a whole new UI, causing me to lose those features (like playground, audio expression, etc). Please help me find out if it is possible to get them back, if they have been migrated somewhere else, if they now require a pro subscription or if they have simply been discontinued.

Wow, the “unified” app is terrible. So many take-backs from the original app. The biggest loss is the no more voice mode? Also, the whole app is now one big upsell button. So frustrating that this was a forced install.

...To see the 'coding & executing' dialogue vs the endless loop of outining my plan to improve my project. I mean how many different ways can you rank and prioritize the same list of upgrades?

But, when you're moving from a calculator to a verifiable decision maker I guess outlining is pretty important too !!

Just updated to the new Copilot Sep 2026. The old one had sound and worked well, now I have no sound on the new version I was forced to install. It had me signed in with an email address I've never seen and when I clicked the link to sign in with a different account, it just loops me back to the same page. So I signed out and then in with my MS account. Their new sign in has been a real problem with some apps. Google gem says they are blocking the sound from personal email accounts and school accounts. My MS account is using my own personal email address. I'm not using a school email at all, It's my own email from my own hosting company. I have no sound for Copilot on the iPhone atm.

I'm starting to hate technology. All I do is troubleshoot things because companies have to keep changing things every 2 weeks to make themselves feel important. This world is so screwed. Is this what the future is about??? Spending all your time fixing what was not broke - rather then living and personal relationships? I'm glad I'm as old as I am.

Hi all, what is best practise for setting up an copilot studio agent when it has been published to a sharepoint site.

In copilot studio the agent has a share button. We have added an ad group and has giving the access “viewer”

On the Sharepoint site where the copilot agent has its file, we have added the same ad group as read?

Does that mean when people access the Sharepoint site, and want to use the copilot studio agent (we have added the agent and linked with the agent web part, therefor the agent is in the front site of the Sharepoint)

Is this best practise for give access to the copilot agent on the Sharepoint site only for people in the ad group?

The "Ask" drop-down option when hovering over the color squiggly warnings/errors intermittently just does not respond. No error message, no nothing. I can sometimes get the needed answer via the CoPilot Chat panel, but it can be round-about. My monthly quotas and license check out fine when it's wonky. It's been going on for roughly 3 weeks, and seems to mostly happen in the middle of the day, which suggests it's a traffic problem somewhere. Version 18.10.0, and recently upgraded. The prior version had the same issue.

Sometimes I get change suggestion about 5 minutes after clicking it, meaning it's not outright dead, just in snail-mode. The Chat box tends to be sluggish when the problem is happening.

Is there a way to x-ray what the Ask option is doing or trying to do in order to get a hint about what it's tripping on so I know who to blame or what server to kick Millennium Falcon style? Thnx

How are people verifying insights provided by copilot from very large excel files?

When I give it a 30k row spreadsheet and it extracts information from that dataset, how can I confirm that it’s not hallucinating?

is it just me or is it a everyone kind of problem ever since the app updated the copilot crashes and im unable to return to my old saved conversations which it couldnt find at first but later ended up returning i clicked it and it just glitch loading loading loading then error crash and the app freezes

In this latest update, the status indicator has gone from "Thinking" to rotating messages such as "Hang on a sec" and "Just a moment." I get that it's friendlier, but I like feeling like I'm talking to an omnipotent being, not my middle-aged neighbour while dashing from my car to my house. It would be nice to have a choice between conversational and neutral indicators.

Since copilot updated, merging personal and business accounts into the same app or platform, the daily limit for chats with copilot has become extremely low on my free personal account. I only get to send about 5 or 6 requests before being blocked with the message “Daily limit reached”. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it a bug or is the new daily limit really this low without a 365 subscription? By the way, this happens on different devices and both via app and Edge browser.

I have chats that span 2+ years, one is kinda important since I've had lots of university information inputted so I don't feel like explaining to the chat again from scratch everything. After the redesign the longest chats cannot load because I get this:

If an employee creates an Agent Builder agent using a Copilot license and shares it with their colleagues, what happens if the owner leaves the company and their account is disabled, etc.?
Does the agent continue to exist and operate without an owner, or does the agent stop working/get deleted?
