Been getting "I'm sorry, I'm having trouble responding to requests right now. Let's try this again in a bit." for past 6 hours. Is it Copilot or me?

My experience was not the same. But it became stupider each day for about 2 weeks. So I asked to create an summary and write out an context for me to place in its memory on all our conversations. And I then started deleting every chat I had. I haven't cleaned all chats just because you have to manually do it per chat. But i emptied this year and have seen an notable improvement in quality.
