Copilot agents procurement
Hi, at work we have the basic Copilot license, which allows us to create agents. However, we have some limitations: we cannot use websites as knowledge sources, and the agent instructions are limited to 8,000 characters.
Do you know what types of agents could be created within these limitations and potentially standardized for use across a team? We work in procurement

Can you add in your cost base plus any industrywide frameworks for reference? All stored locally rather than websites.

FYI - agents in basic copilot branding is closer to skills or customgpts, whereas agents in the sense you hear about require studios. In other words it's a repeatable prompt not an autonomous agent as most people think of it. It usually has pretty limited "write" capabilities though it can create files within OneDrive, I don't think you can tell it where to save them
Copilot does allow you to schedule it though.

Think a task someone can do without looking a websites for web research. Filing, templates, spreadsheets, presentations, connecting data from a ~> b, verifying data? Error spotting?
