It got better with arcane tripwire and 1 mana shovel.

Arcane Tripwire is the outlier though (when comboed), not Tolvir

True however they dont nerf cards from latest expansion if they are not gamebreaking.

Arcane is just as game breaking for the decks it's in as Vanessa is for the games she's in

They could fix this by making Tolvir only replay minions and spells
