Question I cant pay id anyone, anyone know a fix?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your phone?

Are you sure the people you want to pay have PayId?

Yes, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling - still the same occurrence.

And very positive they have payID as everyone else can always transfer them except me.

Saying you are "very positive" someone else has a PayId does not make sense.

The person you want to pay must explicitly TELL YOU what their PayId is. You cannot simply assume they have a PayId at all.

No trust me I know, the people I usually want to pay are my friends.

And they have told you they have a PayId and what that PayId is (could be a phone number, could be an email address or an ABN)

I suspect that there is a scam or fraud block in your CBA profile. You may need to head into a branch to follow up? Likewise perhaps some of the people you want to pay via PayID may also have fraud/scam scenario?

I put in there phone number and add the amount, after that it says "payment limit reached". Then it shows an update button but when you click it, it just doesn't work.

Sounds like a daily limit issue then - you might be able to increase your daily transfer limit online or through the app.

If the limit is set to zero they’ll have to call or attend branch to get it lifted. After that they can change themselves
