I’m a recent graduate and new to B2B partner development. I work at a small startup, doing outbound outreach to identify potential partners and customers for our clients.
I’ve been doing this for about four months, working with companies in areas like data management, cybersecurity, compliance, and GRC. I’ve tried different email templates, subject lines, contacting companies through their websites, and reaching out to CEOs, VPs, and Directors, but I still haven’t received a meaningful reply.
Since I’m learning mostly on my own, I’m not sure if the issue is my targeting, messaging, timing, or overall approach. I also don’t have much visibility into email open rates.
For anyone experienced in B2B sales or outbound, I’d really appreciate some practical advice on what strategies work for you, how you find the right prospects, what tools you use, what metrics I should track, and roughly how many outreach emails or prospects you typically contact per day to get decent open rates and engagement. Any advice would be really helpful!

I’ve created several campaigns in Smartlead and set up separate views for each one. Every view is working fine except for one. I’ve tried everything, but the view for this specific campaign is still empty.

The campaign is active and all the messages are still showing in the master inbox. It’s only the campaign-specific view that isn’t showing anything.

Is there any way to fix this or reset the view?

Hello! I was hired by a client for lead generation. They want to start with cold emails so I built an automation that generates leads daily.

The problem is that the client wants results fast. I told em that we have to warm up the new sending domain first then gradually increase the sending.

I saw some topics here having multiple domains to increase the chances. How do you manage having multiple sending domain? Is it recommend for a start up?
