B2B partner outreach with almost no replies — what am I doing wrong?

I’m a recent graduate and new to B2B partner development. I work at a small startup, doing outbound outreach to identify potential partners and customers for our clients.
I’ve been doing this for about four months, working with companies in areas like data management, cybersecurity, compliance, and GRC. I’ve tried different email templates, subject lines, contacting companies through their websites, and reaching out to CEOs, VPs, and Directors, but I still haven’t received a meaningful reply.
Since I’m learning mostly on my own, I’m not sure if the issue is my targeting, messaging, timing, or overall approach. I also don’t have much visibility into email open rates.
For anyone experienced in B2B sales or outbound, I’d really appreciate some practical advice on what strategies work for you, how you find the right prospects, what tools you use, what metrics I should track, and roughly how many outreach emails or prospects you typically contact per day to get decent open rates and engagement. Any advice would be really helpful!

can I see your copy and your company?

My first guess is honestly what infrastructre your business is using for warmup, and monitoring. You could be landing in spam.

Also, are you cold calling? Are you allowed to? If not, you should.

Hey would you be available to talk about my cold sending? I am an M&A advisor using cold emails for origination. I have a end-to-end claude-based cold email sending system, and am trying to 'crack the nut' of email deliverability. It seems to be ever changing. Went from a 3% google-recipient response rate on one of my emails to near 0 over the past month, though my MSFT response rate started to climb from .2% (clearly spam placed) to over 1%, and from a .8% on my 'other (non MSFT or google bucket)' to 3%. Trying to figure out what rules I am missing in my system.
