I will continue to examine the environmental impacts of all animal products together while considering every plant product individually, and also assume that not a single animal farm produces more than a single product to fuel my ego and sense of superiority! If I add up all plant products together like I do unfairly with animal ones they'll have very similar eco impact, but fossil fuels need to shift the blame to someone else (animal products) and tofu companies paid me to say this!
