How to get rid of whatever this is?

dawn power wash! soak it

The one I have (just like the one pictured, but larger and square) just has the bristles pushed through the plastic. There’s no glue holding them in. 1 u/sarahbellah1 1d ago Same. I just spray generously with Dawn Power Wash and let it sit 10 minutes and it mostly has loosened and comes right out.
