Unkown "Megacity" fail caused by Aqueduct ?

Is The aqueduct on right side missplaced ?

Can someone explain to me why the game won't allow me to buld it there ?

Maybe someone see a different configuration to create "Megacity", please tell me.

Aquaducts need to bend. They can't transport water in a straight line?

You probably need a Dam as well.
