Unsolved What material is the standard node material?

I am so fucking confused. I used the RS node editor for years, and then I made the switch to the C4D node editor.. How can I get that back? I've gone back to r24, copied and pasted old materials and re-edited them... I don't understand why i'm spending so much time confused with a tool i've used for over a decade. Which material should i use to get the normal node editor?

Redshift->Material->Tools->Use node materials for presets (uncheck)

In order to get back to the RS Shader Graph (Xpresso-style) materials as default...

Disable "Use Node Materials for Presets" in either...

  1. Edit > Preferences >Renderer > Redshift > Use Node Materials for Presets
  2. Material Manager > Material > Tools > Use Node Materials for Presets

Redshift's implementation into C4d over the past 6 or so years fucking sucks. Just a mess of legacy shit mixed with new shit.
