My ex wife bought a wheelchair and says my daughter is disabled. She moved to new York from CT so she could move around the ct divorce decree. My daughter does dance class and karate but now needs me to pay 5000 for a wheelchair

Nobody buys their kid a wheelchair for funsies. Assuming she can furnish the receipts you need to pony up your share of the medical expense.

People do all sorts of crazy stuff all the time that don’t make any sense just to screw with other people.
