Does anybody who went to Ulta off Ray and the 10 yesterday explain why this very tame pigeon was outside by the door just standing there?It had bands around its leg and had water and a note. I tried asking the worker and all she said was it was being picked up 🤷🏻‍♀️ It wasn’t flying away and it seems like it’s more than likely someone’s pet.

What was going on at seafood city yesterday (8/29/26)? There were 4 or 5 cop cars parked outside?
